TOWN CENTER AVENTURA ANNOUNCES ADDITION OF BUFFALO WILD WINGS, FOUR OTHER NEW RETAILERS
AVENTURA, Fla. – May 10, 2013 – Town Center Aventura, a lifestyle destination located just south of Aventura Mall, announced today that Buffalo Wild Wings and four other new retailers will open this fall. Formerly known as Loehmann’s Fashion Island, Town Center Aventura is being repositioned as a gathering place for local residents and area visitors to shop, dine and enjoy family-friendly entertainment.
Construction for Town Center Aventura, which remains open, began earlier this year and will continue through the fall. The newly announced retailers will complement a 34,000 square-foot Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5th store set to debut in September. The project is a partnership between South Florida-based Turnberry Associates and investors advised by Prudential Real Estate Investors.
Known for award-winning New York-style chicken wings, Buffalo Wild Wings’ Town Center Aventura location will be its fourth in Miami-Dade County. The neighborhood favorite will offer indoor and outdoor seating for up to 400 guests and be equipped with more than 70 HD 50” televisions, a full-service bar with 40 beers on tap, and a menu of bold-flavored items including signature burgers, sandwiches, wraps, flatbreads, salads and more.
Another flavorful addition to Town Center Aventura is Café-Cita, an upscale coffee shop specializing in light bites and trademark miniature open-faced sandwiches. Café-Cita will offer both interior and exterior seating options for up to 60 guests.
Additional new Town Center Aventura retailers include Cut-N-Play Salon, New Tammy Nail & Spa, and Accents, a gift and home accessories store.
Town Center Aventura is located on Biscayne Boulevard and 187th Street. The lifestyle center’s new architectural design includes upgraded building facades with higher, more dramatic elevations; lush landscaping and enhanced streetscapes; a gazebo for afternoon and evening events; and a site plan that improves pedestrian and traffic flow throughout the center. Current tenants include Chipotle and Pei Wei.
