AVENTURA, Fla. (October 4, 2017) – Families and their furry companions can celebrate the spookiest holiday of the year at Town Center Aventura on Sunday, October 29, as the center presents Howl-O-Ween Funday. Children of all ages will get in the spirit of Halloween a little early with music, games, a balloon artist, cotton candy and more. Furry friends can strut their stuff and wag their tails in a doggie costume contest. Howl-O-Ween Funday takes place from noon to 3 p.m. in the Gazebo, and the costume contest starts at 1 p.m.

Dress you and your pup in a costume to impress in the following categories: Best Doggie and Owner, Scariest Creature and Most Creative Pooch. Winners receive prizes and treats. Registration is $10 per dog and is open now at TownCenterAventura.com. All registration fees will be donated to the Humane Society of Greater Miami, a nonprofit adoption guarantee facility dedicated to placing every dog and cat in its care into a loving home.

Halloween trick-or-treat bags will be handed out to children to bring back to the shopping center on Tuesday, October 31, when they can redeem candy and enjoy special promotions courtesy of Town Center Aventura’s 30+ retailers and restaurants.

AVENTURA, Fla. – Feb. X, 2014 – The new Town Center Aventura, a shopping, dining and entertainment destination, celebrated a spectacular debut on Saturday, Feb. 1, complete with an array of family activities and entertainment.

At Town Center Park, the heart of Town Center Aventura, guests enjoyed live music, children’s games and family fun throughout the day. South Florida musical talent Lannie Rubio, 14, kicked off the celebration with a collection of pop hits. Eleven-year-old singer and violinist Biana Pinchuk then wowed the crowd with an incredible performance with opera and Broadway classics.

City of Aventura Mayor Susan Gottlieb, along with Commissioners Howard Weinberg, Teri Holzberg, Luz Urbáez Weinberg, Enbar Cohen and Michael Stern, welcomed guests to the Opening Celebration with an official ribbon cutting. Town Center Aventura presented the city with a generous donation to Aventura Arts & Cultural Center.

Additionally, face painting, a caricaturist and crafts filled Town Center Park while kids enjoyed cotton candy and popcorn treats, as well as a chance to win two tickets to see Demi Lovato in concert.

Throughout the center, exciting circus-style performers fascinated guests as they explored Town Center Aventura’s shopping and dining options. Known for its exciting atmosphere, award-winning cuisine and wide selection of premium Argentinean wines, Novecento’s Town Center Aventura location will be the company’s newest addition to its ten existing locations in Argentina, Uruguay, Mexico, and the U.S. Novecento’s cuisine is a refined co-existence of Argentine, Mediterranean and Pan-Latin flavors heightened by French techniques and in-depth attention to presentation and detail.

The store will be located in Town Center Aventura and will be the third Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH location in Miami. Formerly known as Loehmann’s Fashion Island, Town Center Aventura is being repositioned as a gathering place for local residents and area visitors to shop, dine and enjoy family-friendly entertainment.

Construction for Town Center Aventura, which remains open, began earlier this year and will continue through the fall. The newly announced retailers will complement a 34,000 square-foot Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5th store set to debut in September. The project is a partnership between South Florida-based Turnberry Associates and investors advised by Prudential Real Estate Investors.

Known for award-winning New York-style chicken wings, Buffalo Wild Wings’ Town Center Aventura location will be its fourth in Miami-Dade County. The neighborhood favorite will offer indoor and outdoor seating for up to 400 guests and be equipped with more than 70 HD 50” televisions, a full-service bar with 40 beers on tap, and a menu of bold-flavored items including signature burgers, sandwiches, wraps, flatbreads, salads and more.

Another flavorful addition to Town Center Aventura is Café-Cita, an upscale coffee shop specializing in light bites and trademark miniature open-faced sandwiches. Café-Cita will offer both interior and exterior seating options for up to 60 guests.
