Dog Code of Conduct
- Guests aged 18 and older are welcome to bring their leashed, well-behaved dogs to the Shopping Center.
- All dogs, including service dogs, must remain on a six-foot maximum, non-retractable leash or inside a carrier (or stroller) at all times.
- Owners must keep their dogs under control and supervise them at all times.
- Owners are fully responsible and liable for any damage caused by their dogs to people or property.
- Any incidents involving your dog must be reported to Shopping Center Security immediately at (786) 559-2559, including all necessary details.
- Owners must immediately clean up after their dogs.
- Dogs must never be left unattended or placed in the care of minors.
- If a dog causes a disturbance, including barking, poses a potential risk, or if the Dog Code of Conduct is violated, as determined at the sole discretion of Shopping Center Management, the owner may be asked to leave the Shopping Center.
- Owners must comply with all local laws regarding dog licensing and vaccinations. Only dogs meeting these requirements are allowed on the premises.
- Never leave your dog alone in a vehicle.
- Activities involving the sale, promotion, or provision of services related to dogs are strictly prohibited.
- Please check individual store and restaurant policies regarding dogs.
- Reptiles, birds, and other animals are not allowed at the Shopping Center.
Guest Tips
- Always ask a dog’s owner for permission before approaching or petting their dog.
- Avoid crowding dogs, as they may become anxious and exhibit unwanted behavior.
